Danny Rose did travel with the Tottenham squad, contrary to rumours on social media.
One of the more bizarre stories to emerge on Monday were rumours Tottenham defender Danny Rose had missed the club's flight to the US due to forgetting his passport.
Fuelled by the fact he was missing from the few photos posted by the club of their plane trip - social media was abuzz with supporters either criticising or laughing at the player.

To be fair, Danny Rose does seem like the kind of guy who would mislay his passport.— Callum (@CallumHaymes) July 27, 2015

As it turned out however, the rumours were just that, turning out to be incorrect.
Tottenham's official Twitter account announced their tour squad for the upcoming game against MLS All Stars late on Monday - and contrary to the claims, Danny Rose's name did feature.
#MLSAllStar game squad: Lloris, Vorm, McGee, Glover; Walker, Trippier, Yedlin, Davies, Rose, Alderweireld, Dier, Wimmer, Vertonghen, Fazio— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) July 27, 2015
Rose is therefore expected to carry on where he left off last year, as he aims to keep his place in the Spurs first team and hold off competition from Ben Davies.
With Spurs soon to play Real Madrid, and Rose in line to go up directly against former teammate Gareth Bale - the left-back may yet end up wishing he had mislaid his passport after all...
