The 17-year-old winger made his debut for the Gunners against Lyon on Saturday and provided a telling pass for Theo Walcott against Wolfsburg on Sunday.
Former Arsenal midfielder Clarke was impressed with the teenager’s performance against German club Wolfsburg and spoke highly of him on Twitter.
That's a quality assist from Reine-Adelaide for Walcott. Looks a find!— Adrian Clarke (@adrianjclarke) July 26, 2015
First-team chances on the horizon?
Reine-Adelaide showed maturity and class over the weekend, but it is probably too early to draft him into the Arsenal first team for competitive matches.
The teenager needs to develop and grow at his own place, and perhaps competitive football could hamper that.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is well known for his work with youngsters, and he will know how to use the teenager during the upcoming 2015-16 campaign.
As Clarke says, Reine-Adelaide is a find, but the teenager needs to be handled properly if he is to go on and become a top footballer.
