Shocked Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Reine-Adelaide's performance v Wolfsburg

The Gunners faithful were impressed with another of the north London club's youngsters on Sunday afternoon.

On Saturday, Alex Iwobi was the talk of Twitter as far as Arsenal fans were concerned. He was in action again on Sunday afternoon - but it was another youngster who stole the limelight against Nicklas Bendtner's Wolfsburg.

Indeed, Jeff Reine-Adelaide - only 17 years of age - produced a sublime performance for the north London side against their German opponents, setting up Theo Walcott's winner and generally shining as Arsenal lifted the Emirates Cup.

And many Gunners fans were simply in shock on Twitter. Most of them (not all) were wondering exactly who Reine-Adelaide is and where Arsene Wenger had dug the teenager up from.

As ever in the capital, though, it appears Arsenal, wherever they've picked him up, have unearthed another gem. But, as ever, the big question is just how much of a future the 17-year-old has in Wenger's side. For the Gunners have plenty of teenage talents, most of which will end up enjoying very successful careers in London or elsewhere.

Against Wolfsburg, however, Reine-Adelaide definitely stood out and showed that he could have a very big future ahead of him indeed. Here's how excited - and shocked - Arsenal fans reacted to his performance on Twitter:
