Report: AFC Bournemouth after QPR winger Junior Hoilett

Hoilett Strikes - Chelsea v QPR

The Canadian is linked with a £3 million move to Goldsands.

AFC Bournemouth are getting ready to embark on a new challenge in the Premier League. After gaining promotion from The Championship last term The Cherries are now hoping to push on and survive in the Premier League next term.

In order to do so they are now said to be looking at a player who currently plies his trade for one of the teams they have replaced in the top flight.

QPR are the team in question and the player is said to be Canadian winger Junior Hoilett.

It is being reported by The Mirror that Bournemouth are willing to make a move for the player this summer, and that the player would be keen on a move to stay in the Premier League.

The price for the player is said to be in the region £3 million and Bournemouth would be able to pay such a fee with relative comfortability.

Bournemouth play with three up top on a regular basis and the performances of their wingers has been paramount to recent success. However the rigours of the Premier League will require some additions, with former Leeds player Max Gradel also being linked with the move.

Hoilett therefore would be a good addition if he can find some of the form he had previously with Blackburn Rovers – rather than QPR.
