Celtic manager Ronny Deila has suggested to The Glasgow Evening Times that Celtic Park has a better atmosphere that Barcelona’s home ground.
Camp Nou, which is Barcelona’s home, is considered to be one of the greatest and liveliest stadiums in the world.
While Deila is an admirer of Camp Nou, he seems to believe that Celtic Park is better for atmosphere on European nights.
“You have the English teams and Spanish teams, Bayern Munich, a lot of really good teams, it would be great to go to these places with Celtic," the Norwegian told The Glasgow Evening Times.
“But it is more fun to be here at Celtic Park than to be at the Nou Camp. Of course, it’s fun to go there – but better to bring Barcelona here, to our ground.
“Why? Because here we have something that is special, the atmosphere – you feel you are part of something bigger."

Camp Nou is one of the biggest stadiums in the world and has one of the best atmospheres in football.
That said, it cannot be denied that Celtic Park is superb in terms of atmosphere during Champions League games.
The frustrating truth is that the Bhoys do not always feature in Europe’s premier club competition.
However, hope springs eternal. Perhaps Celtic will find themselves playing against the likes of Barcelona and Bayern Munich in the upcoming 2015-16 Champions League campaign...
