Report: West Brom hold talks with Borussia Dortmund over Adrian Ramos

Borussia Dortmund striker Adrian Ramos is reportedly on the radar of Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion.

West Bromwich Albion have stepped up their interest in Borussia Dortmund striker Adrian Ramos, according to The Mirror.

It has been reported by the British newspaper that West Brom have held talks with Dortmund over the transfer of the Colombia international.

According to The Mirror, Ramos, who moved to the Bundesliga outfit from German rivals Hertha Berlin in the summer of 2014, is rated at £10 million.

Ramos was a hot property last summer when he moved to Dortmund, having established himself as a very good striker in the Bundesliga.

During the 2013-14 season, the 29-year-old scored 16 goals and created 48 chances in 32 Bundesliga appearances.

The Colombian had a pass accuracy of 74% and a shot accuracy of 57%, and won 177 headers, 84 dribbles and 30 tackles.

However, Ramos struggled for Dortmund last season, scoring just two goals and creating only 17 chances in 18 Bundesliga matches.

The former America de Cali man had a pass accuracy of 64% and a shot accuracy of 38%, and won 51 headers, seven dribbles and 12 tackles.
