People News: Citigroup, Lloyds Banking Group

Citigroup’s head of investment banking in Japan, Yuichi Jimbo, is leaving the company, a person with knowledge of the situation said.

Bloomberg News reports that Jimbo will retire from Citigroup Global Markets Japan next month and the firm hasn’t found a replacement yet, the person said, asking not to be named as the matter is private.

In the meantime, Reuters reports that Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, a unit of Lloyds Banking Group, said Kristan Gochee would head of its North America ABS Syndicate, based in New York.

Gochee will report to Wesley Fallan, director U.S. bond syndicate in the United States and Bob Paterson, managing director, head of ABS syndicate in the UK.

Gochee joined Lloyds Bank in April 2014 as senior vice president of credit trading.
