All the latest summer transfer news from Anfield...
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has told The Guardian that he isn't sure over Mario Balotelli's future at the club after a dismal first season at Anfield.
The Italian was signed from AC Milan almost a year ago, and was intended to be the direct replacement for Luis Suarez in the Reds attack.
Yet after just four goals in 28 games for Liverpool last season, Balotelli's future on Merseyside is already in doubt - and Rodgers left it up to Balotelli to decide whether he wants to stay at Anfield.
"Mario is obviously not on tour but working hard and training well with a number of other players at Melwood," said Rodgers. "I’m not sure, that will entirely be up to Mario. He is working hard to get fit and we will see when the season begins," he added when asked whether Balotelli would still be a Liverpool player by the transfer deadline.
Another of last summer's arrivals could be on his way out, with Sky Sports reporting that Rickie Lambert is in talks with Premier League rivals West Bromwich Albion.
Boyhood Reds fan Lambert joined Liverpool in an emotional move from Southampton last summer, but scored only three goals in 36 games in a frustrating season.
Now, a move on to the Baggies is in the pipeline, with Tony Pulis looking to team target man Lambert up with the pacey Saido Berahino.
Finally, the Daily Mail believe that Liverpool are tracking Paris Saint-Germain left back Lucas Digne, who could leave the French champions this summer.
Having signed Alberto Moreno from Sevilla a year ago, signing Digne would certainly be a surprise - but his availability may tempt Liverpool into a move.
