Saidy Janko was in action for Celtic's development squad.
New Celtic signing Saidy Janko was not part of the travelling party for the upcoming Champions League qualifier in Iceland.
Celtic face FC Stjarnan, looking to protect a 2-0 win from the home leg.
Instead Janko was in action for the development squad last night for the friendly match with Raith Rovers.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw, and for fans following the contest online, Janko particularly stood out.
Going off Celtic's commentary via their official Twitter feed, the former Manchester United youngster was having an absolute stormer.

Honours even with chances for both sides. Tierney and Janko impressive down the flanks and Nesbitt was a constant threat for the Bhoys.— Celtic Football Club (@celticfc) July 21, 2015
His noteworthy performance caught the attention of Bhoys fans via Twitter, who were impressed by what they were reading.
That Janko is either having a cracking game in that friendly or his agent has taken over the Celtic Twitter.— Andy to you (@montymagic1) July 21, 2015
There were also questions raised about why he was not travelling with the first team squad, but clearly his omission was not an unproductive one.
The young right-back needs game time to sharpen up to challenge for a place, and there will hopefully be more opportunities to get involved in European games, even as a back-up option, throughout the season.
