Manchester United and England captain Wayne Rooney met up with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson during the club's tour of the USA.
United played their first pre-season game in Seattle on Saturday, defeating Mexican side Club America 1-0 with a goal from debutant Morgan Schneiderlin.
Russell Wilson is one of the most recognisable faces currently in the NFL, leading the Seahawks to winning the Superbowl in just his second season as a pro over the Denver Broncos, and coming just short in last year's contest against the New England Patriots.
The meeting of the duo was highlighted by United as the leaders of two well supported teams coming together, and they were not the only ones on both sides to meet up.
United teammates Jonny Evans, Phil Jones, Memphis Depay, Luke Shaw, and Daley Blind were put through their paces by Seahawks wide receivers Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse over the weekend.
