Tottenham are claimed to be interested in Josip Ilicic, who was linked to Leeds United last season.
Ilicic is said to be on the Premier League side's radar, who are weighing up an offer for the playmaker. Ilicic would be available for around £5.5 million.
The attacker is 27-years-old and is a Slovenian international, featuring against England at the end of the season in European Championships qualifying.
The former Palermo star is a player Spurs should be aware of, having come up against Fiorentina in the Europa League last season. Ilicic featured as a substitute in the 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.
From linked with Leeds, to Spurs
Last Autumn, Ilicic was linked by The Star with a move to Championship side Leeds United, speculation triggered by the club's Slovenian coach at the time Darko Milanic.
He was on the fringes of the Fiorentina side and expected to make a January exit either way, but dug his heels in to stay despite interest from fellow Italian sides.
That paid off as he hit form in the final weeks of the season, re-establishing himself in the first team.
He scored seven goals and provided two assists in his final nine Serie A games of 2014/15, and if he could transfer this form to the Premier League then he could be a bargain for Spurs.
