The midfielder believes the Reds squad are united ahead of the new season.
The Reds have been busy this summer, as a number of new faces have arrived at Anfield while only Raheem Sterling has exited the club.
Striker Christian Benteke is anticipated to be joining those signings in the near future - with the BBC reporting on a proposed deal for the Aston Villa forward.
The new arrivals have increased anticipation among a loyal fan base, who believe the side may be able to challenge for a Champions League place again, and Milner says everything is in place for Liverpool to enjoy a productive 2015/16 campaign.
"It's really exciting times at the club,” he told lfctour.com.
“I think you look at the squad as it is here and there are plenty of young players coming through, the manager and the new staff he has brought in, everything is there for us.”
A united Liverpool team
The 29-year-old scored his first Liverpool goal in Friday’s friendly win over Brisbane Roar.
It was an impressive goal from the former Manchester City man; helping his side to make it two wins from two in pre-season so far.
With so many new faces having arrived in the squad, and more expected, the summer schedule is sure to be a busy one for Brendan Rodgers as he tries to unite his squad.
Milner, though, isn’t concerned, saying that everybody in the team is united behind the collective cause and that can already see the type of football they intend to play next season.
"I think you could see from afar, really, that team unity and everybody wanting to play for each other,” he added.
"I think looking at the characteristics of the team from afar you can see it's a side that wants to press, wants to put teams under pressure, and when they've got it play as well.”
