Arsenal and Everton face off in the final of this summer’s Asia Trophy after overcoming a Singapore Select XI and Stoke City respectively in the semi-finals last week.

Everton were the better side against the Potters but they came up against a goalkeeper in Jakob Haugaard who ensured the match went to penalties.

The Toffees ultimately triumphed and now they will be looking to get one over another Premier League rival.

As for Arsenal, they made light work of their last opponents, winning 4-0 with Chuba Akpom scoring a hat-trick.

It is likely to be a closer match today with Everton looking to put the first goal past Petr Cech since the ‘keeper signed from Chelsea.

Arsenal will then head back to London where they will host the annual Emirates Cup but they will want to do so with one piece of pre-season silverware already secured.

Akpom begins this match on the bench for Arsenal while Everton's summer signings Tom Cleverley and Gerard Deulofeu both start.
