Grant Ward has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at joining Rotherham United from Tottenham Hotspur.
The 20-year-old has moved to the Championship outfit from Premier League club Spurs on a season-long loan deal, subject to Football League and Premier League ratification.
The youngster has been training with the Millers for some time, and it seems that he has done enough to impress manager Steve Evans to earn a loan deal.
This is the third time that Ward will be away from White Hart Lane on loan spells, having featured for Chicago Fire in 2014 and Coventry City in 2015.
Ward will be looking to continue his development, and playing in the Championship will teach him a thing or two.
Following the confirmation of his loan move to Rotherham, Ward took to Twitter to look ahead to the challenge that awaits him at the AESSEAL New York Stadium, with the Spurs fans also sending him messages.
