The latest selection of news concerning West Ham United.
Matt Jarvis and Kevin Nolan are being touted as potential outgoing players this summer, and the Hammers want to offset some of the £15 million asking price by utilising a player plus cash deal.
It is stated that QPR are not sold on the idea, and want to recoup much of the high asking price they have placed on his head, but West Ham will continue to pursue the striker - who netted 18 goals in the Premier League last term.
The same report also suggests the East London club are tracking another striker in Mattia Destro. The Roma striker has been linked with a move to the Boleyn Ground for many weeks, and it is stated that the 24-year-old wants to move to London.
Roma will allow him to leave when a deal for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko is completed, which is expected to be finalised this week.
Reported by the Mirror is an update on Carl Jenkinson’s proposed move to the Hammers. It is stated that his season-long loan back to the Boleyn Ground will be completed in the coming days, after the right-back signs a new five-year contract with Arsenal.
