Javier Manquillo had his two-year loan deal terminated by Liverpool after just one season.
After cutting short his two-year loan deal with Liverpool recently, Javier Manquillo has returned to Atletico Madrid and is considering his next destination, with the certainty that he'll be loaned out again.
In the Spanish capital, there is keen interest in Manquillo from Rayo Vallecano and Getafe, although Granada are thought to be the most appealing option for the 21-year-old, given they can practically guarantee him a key role in their side.
Cameroon international Allan Nyom has departed Granada, following six seasons on loan from Udinese, and has recently been in negotiations with another Pozzo family owned club, Watford, although an agreement on personal terms appears to have stalled.
Udinese are also interested in Granada's only other right-back, Dmitri Foulquier, therefore there's a possibility the French under-21 international could head to Italy.
The main rival to the interest from La Liga clubs for Manquillo, is believed to be from Roma, although there hasn't been any clear indication as yet, whether the promising young full-back would prefer to spend his next loan spell in Spain.
Manquillo made a promising start to his spell at Anfield last season, but was gradually overlooked as Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers shuffled things around tactically.
All ten of his Premier League appearances came during the first half of the 2014-15 season. He also made 2 appearances in the League Cup, 2 in the FA Cup, 4 in the Champions League and one outing from the bench in the Europa League.
