Manchester United are to wrap up their third important signing in as many days, with a deal agreed for Morgan Schneiderlin, report The BBC.
It is being reported that Schneiderlin's medical is ongoing, as the Red Devils aim to get the deal done in time so the midfielder can fly out on the club's pre-season tour on Monday.
The Frenchman will follow Matteo Darmian and Bastian Schweinsteiger into the club in recent days, as well as Memphis Depay, whose signing was confirmed back in May.
Southampton already have a replacement for Schneiderlin lined up, with The Times reporting they are pushing ahead to sign Jordy Clasie from Feyenoord.
The Star had reported just days earlier that Arsenal were still in the running to sign the French international midfielder, who has been an integral part of the Southampton side for the past few seasons.
Schneiderlin is a French international, and injects real power into the United midfielder along with Schweinsteiger, an area of the team which has been a weak point for several seasons.
