According to the Daily Mail, West Ham may be missing out on one of their targets this summer, with Rennes winner Paul-Georges Ntep holding out for a move to a bigger club.

The Hammers have made an offer for the 22-year-old French international, but he is keen on playing for a bigger team and is not willing to enter talks with the East London outfit.

Carl Jenkinson is set to become West Ham’s fourth signing of the summer, according to the Standard. The loan deal to bring him back to the Boleyn Ground is edging ever closer, and an announcement is set to be made next week.

The Arsenal right-back is expected to agree a new long-term contract at the Emirates, before leaving to link back up with the Hammers on another season-long deal.

West Ham have finally completed the signing of Angelo Ogbonna from Juventus. The 27-year-old centre-back signs a four-year deal after moving for an undisclosed fee from the Serie A club, as per the official Hammers’ website.
