Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has reported for training today, according to ITV Sport.
It has been reported that the England international has recovered from an illness which prevented him from attending training sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
Good news for Liverpool?
Sterling is one of the better players in the current Liverpool squad, and him returning to training is something positive.
The Englishman has been a regular in manager Brendan Rodgers’s starting line-up for around two years now.
According to The Guardian, Manchester City are interested in signing the 20-year-old this summer.
While selling the youngster for a hefty transfer fee is tempting, it must be kept in mind that he is actually a very good young footballer who has the potential to become one of the best wingers in the world.
