The former Leicester City striker seemed to be a big fan of the retro strip unveiled on Thursday.
New Leeds United striker Chris Wood only joined from Leicester City in recent weeks, but the 23-year-old is already looking forward to turning out in the club's recently unveiled kit.
The strip was unveiled on Thursday night, revealing an all white number with blue trim around the collar, and sleeves and socks.
And Wood quickly took to Twitter to give his opinion on the Kappa design, which looked like a blast from the past, especially considering it featured no sponsors.
First-team players Lewis Cook, Alex Mowatt and Sam Byram modelled the kit in front of the press, and the feedback has so far been pretty positive from most quarters.
Fellow Whites players Cook, Mowatt and Charlie Taylor all did their bit by sharing pictures of the unveiling on their Twitter account, usually with an accompanying thumbs up, but it seemed that no one was as impressed as New Zealand international Wood, who may be getting excited at the prospect of turning out at Elland Road in the near future.
