It's been an interesting day for Fulham and Tottenham to say the least, thanks to the London Evening Standard's report that the Cottagers' owner Shahid Khan would in fact like to ditch the west London side in favour of buying the north London outfit.
Indeed, the Standard suggest Khan will sell Fulham and try to buy Tottenham for £1 billion (or thereabouts) when their new stadium is built, relocating his NFL side the Jacksonville Jaguars to White Hart Lane.
In response, Khan's spokesperson Jim Woodcock has denied the story to Sky Sports and Twitter is full of criticism over the basis of the report.
That said, social media is still full of opinions with regards to the story, with Tottenham fans immediately moving to show their discontent.
Fulham supporters, meanwhile, have given a more mixed reaction. Indeed, fans of the west London side have either criticised the report or used it as a means to aim criticism at Khan.
Here, then, is how the Fulham and Spurs faithfuls have responded to the reports on Twitter, with a wide range of reactions. Is this the last we'll hear of any Khan - Tottenham talk?
Shahid Khan is a pauper compared to the Billionaire we need. No thanks... #THFC— Eivers (@miamibyrne) July 10, 2015
