Confirmed: Celtic line-up v Real Sociedad

Former Manchester United and Everton manager David Moyes will face his old team Celtic this evening…

Celtic will be looking to return to winning ways this evening when they take on Real Sociedad in a pre-season friendly.

The Scottish Premiership champions will head into the game on the back of a 5-3 defeat to Dukla Prague at St. Mirren Park.

The performance of the Celtic players in that game left much to be desired, and manager Ronny Deila will hope that his team perform much better today.

Prior to last weekend’s defeat to Dukla, the Scottish giants had got the better of Den Bosch 2-0.

Sociedad, though, will not be easy pushovers, as manager David Moyes will want his players to give a good account of themselves.

The former Everton and Manchester United boss is a former Celtic defender, and he will certainly relishing taking on his old team.

It promises to be an interesting match, and this is how Celtic will line up:

Celtic XI: Gordon; Lustig, Boyata, Mulgrew, Izaguirre; Brown, Bitton; Armstrong, Johansen, Mackay-Steven; Griffiths

Subs: Fasan, Fisher, Forrest, Rogic, Henderson, Ciftci, van Dijk, Ambrose, Tierney, Stokes, Scepovic, Janko
