Here is how Southampton line up for their first pre-season friendly.
The Saints take on RB Leipzig today, with the game kicking off at 6pm.
It is the first game of Southampton’s pre-season tour, taking place in Austria, and is a precursor to the beginning of the Audi Quattro Cup, which begins this weekend.
The four team tournament involves Valencia - who the Saints play first - before Werder Bremen or Red Bull Salzburg welcome the winning team. All games last 45 minutes.
Southampton’s opponents today, Leipzig, currently play in the 2. Bundesliga, and finished 5th in the 2014/15 season. Recent history has seen the club taken over by global drinks company Red Bull, and rise from non-league to the second division in five years. Should they win promotion to the top flight next term, they will have made it from NOFV-Oberliga Sud to the 1. Bundesliga in just seven seasons.
New Saints signing Cuco Martina, who arrived at the club yesterday from FC Twente, travelled with the squad for their training camp, although he doesn't make the starting XI.
There are appearances for a selection of young prospects, including Harrison Reed and Lloyd Isgrove whilst another recent signing, Juanmi is starting the game.
It promises to be a tough work out for the Saints, and here is how Ronald Koeman’s men line up for their first game of the 2015/16 football season:
Southampton XI: Stekelenburg, McCarthy, Stephens, Turnbull, Debayo, Gape, Reed, Ramírez, Isgrove, Juanmi, Gallagher.
Subs: K. Davis (GK), Cédric, Gardos, Wood, McQueen, Little, Seager, Hesketh, Rodriguez
