The former Tottenham Hotspur chairman has had his say.
'Good' and 'great' aren't necessarily words Tottenham fans have become used to coming out of Alan Sugar's mouth (or Twitter account) with regards to the north London side in recent times.
The Apprentice host, who used to be chairman at Tottenham, often has his say on the club he once ran and still supports but usually sympathises with a more pessimistic viewpoint.
After the White Hart Lane outfit announced updated plans for their new stadium, however, Lord Sugar gave an unusually positive verdict.
Sugar is often criticised for his comments about Tottenham's football but, when it comes to business, the former Spurs chairman naturally has a little more pedigree.
He is often criticised for some of his business decisions while in charge of the north London side, too, but there are certainly some he got right. And he approves of Tottenham's new stadium plans.

The White Hart Lane outfit's new stadium (not yet built) is said to be able to hold a huge capacity of 61,000.
Tottenham say they are still looking for a ground to host them for the season while they move, however.
