The Baggies are working hard to improve on last season's 13th place finish.
It looks like Tony Pulis may have his men doing double training sessions, as the squad were pictured doing sprinting runs on Tuesday mornings, which didn't leave the likes of Brown Ideye or youngster Shaun Donellan looking too happy.

The Baggies players had also trained under the floodlights the evening before, as Pulis made good on his promise to get the players up to speed for the new season with some thorough training.
Pictures of the likes of Joleon Lescott, Craig Gardner and Pulis showed the squad and its staff hard at work before their opening pre-season friendly against Red Bull Salzburg on Wednesday night.
The Welshman is a notorious taskmaster, and will be looking to get his players' fitness to the optimum level in what will be his first full season in charge at the Hawthorns.
Pulis impressed with how he steered the Baggies to mid table comfort after taking over, and the players will know that if they want to keep improving that will come at a price.
