Wellington was pictured getting to know his teammates and joking around with Hector Bellerin and Gabriel Paulista.
Also present was teenager Daniel Crowley, who has been a regular face training with the first team, having impressed with the under-21 side. The 17-year-old, signed from Aston Villa two summers ago, will be hoping for opportunities in pre-season.
Crowley was pictured running among a promising quartet of youngsters. Below he is seen with new signing from Lens, French youth international Jeff Reine Adelaide, American midfielder Gedion Zelalem, and Chris Willock.
