Arsenal have formally announced the recruitment of four new players to their academy.
Arsenal have formally announced the signing of four new young players from five different clubs across Europe, via their website.
They include Lens duo Yassine Fortune, a striker, and Jeff Reine Adelaide, described as an attacking midfielder.
Romanian midfielder Vlad Dragomir has signed from ACS Poli Timisoara, while defender Jordi Osei-Tutu has also joined from Championship side Reading.
Of the quartet only Jeff Reine Adelaid has signed professional terms as he is 17, with the remaining trio penning scholarship deals.
Also signing professional contracts were young striker Stephy Mavididi, who was in prolific form early in the season for the under-18s, earning a call up to Arsenal's under-21 side despite being just 16 at the time, and Finnish goalkeeper Hugo Keto.
There were more names signing scholarships deals who were already at the club last season including Joseph Willock, Marcus Agyei-Tabi, Tolaji Bola, Joshua Dasilva, Charlie Gilmour, and Edward Nketiah, Kostas Pileas, and Nathan Tella.
Mavididi took to Twitter to express his excitement, after a campaign which saw him earn an England youth international call-up.
