Tottenham Hotspur defender Kieran Trippier has told the club’s official website that he has enjoyed training with his new teammates over the past couple of days.
The Englishman has been training with his new Tottenham teammates for the past two days, and he is happy with the way he is settling in.
“I knew a few of the players before I joined and it’s key to bond with the lads as soon as possible, so it’s been a great couple of days,” Trippier told Tottenham’s official website.
“Ever since I first walked through the doors, everyone in the club has made me feel so welcome, the staff have been great and so have my team-mates.
“It’s a huge club but it feels like home straight away. I’m really looking forward to the challenges ahead.”
Trippier will be aiming to make himself a first-choice right-back ahead of Kyle Walker at Tottenham next season.
The former Manchester City prospect made 185 appearances for the Clarets, and started every single Premier League game during the 2014-15 campaign.
The 24-year-old created 63 chances in 38 Premier League appearances in 2014-15.
The defender had a pass accuracy of 61% and a shot accuracy of 50%, and won 68 headers, 26 dribbles and 57 tackles.
