Jack Hunt comments on Twitter after joining Sheffield Wednesday

Former Nottingham Forest loanee Jack Hunt has joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan from Crystal Palace.

Jack Hunt has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at joining Sheffield Wednesday.

The defender has moved to the Championship club on a season-long loan deal from Premier League outfit Crystal Palace.

The 24-year-old has been on the books of the Eagles since 2013, but he has not made a single competitive appearance for the London outfit.

Hunt played on loan for Reading and Nottingham Forest in 2014 and for Rotherham United during the second half of the 2014-15 season.

The former Huddersfield Town defender has now taken to Twitter to express his joy at moving to Wednesday.

Hunt featured in 17 Championship games for Forest last season, creating 14 chances in the process.

The defender had a pass accuracy of 67%, and won 12 headers, 13 dribbles and 18 tackles.

The Englishman made 16 appearances in the league for Rotherham during the 2014-15 campaign, creating 16 chances in the process.

Hunt had a pass accuracy of 64% and a shot accuracy of 33%, and won 11 headers, 15 dribbles and 27 tackles.
