Wales international Jazz Richards has joined Fulham from Premier League outfit Swansea City on a permanent deal.
The 24-year-old, who spent time on loan at Craven Cottage last season, has penned a three-year contract with the option to extend until 2019.
Richards came through the Swansea youth system before making 51 appearances during for the South Wales outfit, 13 of which came last season for Garry Monk's side.
However, he was understandably keen to move on in search of regular first-team football having found himself behind Kyle Naughton and Angel Rangel in the pecking order at the Liberty Stadium.
He made 14 appearances for the Cottagers during his spell in West London, and is familiar with manager Kit Symons, having worked with him during his time as assistant boss of Wales.
Richards, who has five full international caps for the Wales national team, stood out in his country’s recent win over Belgium had attracted interest from a number of clubs, including some of those in the Premier League.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the Jazz Richards' Fulham switch.
Joining Fulham's a good move for Jazz Richards. Needs to leave Swans and drop down a level to develop his career. Hopefully back in PL soon.— Guto Llewelyn (@GutoLlewelyn) July 2, 2015

Now that the Jazz Richards signing has happened, I've slightly warmed to it. Young, and can operate on either side. #ffc— Sulk Hogan (@AlexLowy) July 2, 2015
Jazz Richards had a good heart and a good work rate. No one likes to admit a local lad wasn't good enough for this level, but it's true— B (@barneylloydwood) July 2, 2015
