Tottenham youngsters are eager to get started.
Tottenham Hotspur's young players have returned to training, as they prepare to try and make a breakthrough this season.
Both players spent time out on loan last season lower down the Football League, but will be hoping to make the leap in 2015/16.
Young striker Coulthirst, 20, is a former England under-19 international, and had spells last season at Southend and York City, as well as returning to feature in Tottenham under-21 games.
He found the experience in the Football League tough going, but will have benefited from building up his experience, playing previously with Torquay and Leyton Orient, and will still aspire to one day kicking on as Harry Kane has.
A big pre-season will be necessary to lay down a marker, and Grant Ward will be aiming to do the same.
The 20-year-old can play in both midfield and defence, and had a spell at League One club Coventry City last season, as well as playing for Tottenham's under-21 side. He has previously played in Major League Soccer.
A fresh start can do neither any harm, as they seek to put established first teamers under pressure ahead of the new campaign.
