Nani is somersaulting off into the sunset at Manchester United, after Turkish side Fenerbahce announced on their website they have an agreement to sign the winger.
The fee for the winger is under £4 million, and he will travel to undertake a medical at the weekend.
It seems like a long time ago that the winger signed from Sporting Lisbon, arriving in 2007 as part of a busy summer for United along with Carlos Tevez, Owen Hargreaves, and Anderson.
He made an impact nearly straight away, with a superb long range winner against Tottenham Hotspur.
By the end of his second season he had two Premier League titles in his pocket, and one Champions League winners medal.
He would go on to add more trophies during his spell at United, but his career at the club will remain one of unfulfilled potential.
Expected to step up after Cristiano Ronaldo's departure, Nani flattered to deceive. He had one truly outstanding season in 2010/11, where it really seemed he was stepping up, but instead of kicking on, he has never been able to recapture that dazzling form.
He netted 40 goals and provided more than 70 assists in 230 games for the Red Devils.
The 28-year-old spent last season on loan at former club Sporting Lisbon, scoring 12 goals and adding eight assists in 28 matches.
Here is a look at how Manchester United fans reacted to news of his departure...
Nani was inconsistent and maddening, but provided some brilliant moments. His #mufc highlights reel should be entertaining.— Samuel Luckhurst (@samuelluckhurst) July 2, 2015
Shame how it's gone for Nani at Utd. Top player for us from 2010-12. Scored big goals in big games. I liked him. Bargain at 3-4 mill. #MUFC— Tommy_P (@TommyP_10) July 2, 2015
