Report: Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen or Everton's Kevin Mirallas wanted by Fenerbahce

The Danish international is number one target, but Everton's Belgian is also on the list.

According to a report in Turkey Super Lig giants Fenerbahce have two Premier League players on their shortlist for an attacking midfielder this summer.

According to Fanatik the Istanbul club have eyes on both Tottenham Hotspur star man Christian Eriksen and Everton’s troublesome attacker Kevin Mirallas.

It is stated that Fener want to make a big money marquee signing this summer and the Tottenham and Everton pair are potential avenues they’ll pursue. The other three names on the list are Fernando of Shakhtar Donetsk, Pierre Hojbjerg of Bayern Munich and Cagliari midfielder Albin Ekdal.

Can Fener get either Premier League target?

The report itself makes it clear that Eriksen is an unlikely target. Tottenham will ask for a big fee for the Dane and his transfer is probably the last thing Mauricio Pochettino has planned for the summer.

That being said Fenerbahce recently pulled off a big move to sign his Danish international team-mate Simon Kjaer so may be hopeful of another coup.

Mirallas is a more likely target. It appears the Belgian is heading for the exit at Everton after two seasons, with Champions League football a lure in Turkey, he might just make the move.
