According to L'Equipe, Nice will only sell left back Jordan Amavi for £5m - and will even open talks over a new contract with the player.
Amavi, 21, has emerged as one of the brightest young left backs in French football, enjoying a superb season for Nice as he continues to develop into a star.
Those impressive performances are attracting interest now, with Premier League sides Arsenal and Aston Villa reportedly tracking his progress.
Now, L'Equipe report that Lyon and Atletico Madrid are also interested, and Nice have slapped a €7m (£5m) price tag on Amavi with the transfer window in full flow.
The report also adds that Nice are in fact discussing a new contract with Amavi, which could see him tie his future to the club for years to come - disappointing Arsenal and Villa in the process.
What would Amavi bring to the Premier League?
Amavi is a French Under-21 international who possesses pace as well as the ability to deliver great quality in to the box from wide areas.
Also capable of playing on the left hand side of midfield, Amavi also has defensive abilities too, and is better in the air than you would imagine considering his 5ft 9in frame.
Amavi would surely start on a regular basis for Aston Villa, whilst he could certainly challenge with Kieran Gibbs and Nacho Monreal at Arsenal too.
