HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club that Bradford City are set to sign Blackburn Rovers winger Josh Morris on a free transfer.
Morris is available on a free transfer after seeing out his contract at Ewood Park, with Rovers boss Gary Bowyer prepared to let him move on in order to free up space in his squad.
Morris came through the youth ranks at Blackburn and made 20 appearances for them, with his last coming in November 2013.
The 23-year-old has spent much of the past 18 months on loan at Fleetwood Town, after two separate loan spells at Highbury.
Former England Under-20 international Morris impressed during his stint at Fleetwood, scoring eight goals last season in 45 games.
A number of clubs are thought to have shown an interest in Morris, but Bradford are in pole position to secure his signature.
Morris is thought to have held talks with Bradford and will become their second signing of the summer, after Steve Davies, should he seal his move to Valley Parade.
