The Scottish Premiership champions have been in pre-season training for the past few days ahead of the Champions League qualifiers, which start next month.
Ronny Deila’s side were training today at Lennoxtown, and among the players at the session was Boyata, who joined the Bhoys on a four-year contract from Premier League giants Manchester City earlier this month.
Midfielder Brown was impressed with the 24-year-old Belgium international during training today, and said that he himself is pleased to be back with his Celtic teammates.

Boyata had been on the books of City since 2006, and had loan spells at Bolton Wanderers and FC Twente.
The 24-year-old centre-back has struggled for regular first-team football so far in his career, but he has loads of potential.
The Belgian will effectively replace compatriot Jason Denayer, who has returned City after a season-long loan spell at Celtic Park.
