Crystal Palace want Scott Dann to remain at the club and are willing to offer him a new deal, according to The Mirror.
It has been reported by the British newspaper that Palace are considering handing the defender a new and improved contract in order to fend off interest from Premier League rivals Everton.
According to a report in The Daily Star earlier this month, the Toffees are planning to make a bid of £8 million for the centre-back.
Palace, though, want Dann to remain at Selhurst Park and want to partner him with Ashley Williams next season, according to The Mirror.
Williams is on the books of Swansea City at the moment, but the Eagles are aiming to sign him this summer.
Dann is an important player for Palace and was in impressive form for the Eagles during the 2014-15 campaign.
The former Blackburn Rovers centre-back scored two goals and created 13 chances in 34 Premier League appearances last season.
The defender had a pass accuracy of 68% and a shot accuracy of 40%, and won 106 headers, five dribbles and 19 tackles.
