The Rams have recruited Darren Bent, Alex Pearce, Andreas Weimann, Scott Carson and Chris Baird so far this summer.
"I think we are done pretty much for the start of pre-season but there are a couple of other things we are going to look at,” Clement told The Derby Telegraph.
"We are still open to doing some business but certainly for the first period of pre-season we are going to go with what is in place.
"You have to be fair to those who are currently contracted to the club. I want to give an opportunity to all the people who are here before there is any thought about any more ins and outs.
"So I am happy with what I have going into pre-season and we will see whether we need to do anything else before the start of the season.”
Aiming for promotion
Derby are one of the biggest clubs of England, and they will be aiming for a top-two finish in the Championship in the upcoming 2014-15 campaign.
For the past two seasons, under Steve McClaren - who is now the Newcastle Unite head coach - the Rams have come close to getting promoted.
During the 2013-14 campaign, Derby reached the Championship playoff final, while last season they narrowly missed out on a place in the top six.
Derby do have a good squad, and the new signings are only going to make the team stronger.
For the Rams to get promoted, it is imperative that they make a strong start and stay in or around the top two in the opening two months.
