Gary Neville suggests a risk Manchester United will take with Morgan Schneiderlin

Gary Neville has his say on Manchester United and Arsenal-linked midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin.

Gary Neville has highlighted on social networking site Twitter a risk that Manchester United will take if they sign Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton this summer.

According to The Daily Mail, the Red Devils are set to snap up the France international midfielder for a transfer fee of £25 million.

Arsenal were reportedly interested in the 25-year-old, but they have now allegedly pulled out of the race.

United legend Neville has suggested on Twitter that Schneiderlin would be a good signing for the Premier League giants, but he has highlighted a risk.

Risky signing?

Schneiderlin is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and has proved that he can play for a top side.

There is always an element of risk with any signing, and the Frenchman will be no different.

The key to success for Schneiderlin, if he does indeed join United this summer, will be a good pre-season and confidence from manager Louis van Gaal.

The former Strasbourg star will need time to settle in at Old Trafford, and he will also need to grasp the ideas of Van Gaal.
