Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Porto midfielder Sergio Oliveira.
Spurs have snapped up two new signings this summer, bringing in Koln centre back Kevin Wimmer and Burnley right back Kieran Trippier - but now manager Mauricio Pochettino will be looking to strengthen other areas of his side.
Portuguese newspaper O Jogo believe that Pochettino has turned his attention to Porto playmaker Sergio Oliveira, who has been impressing in the Czech Republic with the Portugal Under-21's at this summer's European Championships.
The 23-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan at Pacos Ferreira in Portugal, but is now returning to Porto ahead of the new season.
His impressive displays for the Portugal Under-21's and with Pacos Ferreira have now seemingly attracted interest, with O Jogo suggesting that both Tottenham and Manchester City are interested in his signature.
Manchester City or Tottenham?
Oliveira appears to be in demand this summer, but if both Manchester City and Tottenham bid to sign him this summer, who should he choose?
City are making a concerted effort this summer to bring in younger players, and Oliveira would certainly fit that bill as one for the future as well as possessing the ability to make an impact immediately.
Tottenham focus on young players under Pochettino, but with a number of promising midfielders in their ranks or already, Oliveira may actually be better off signing for City rather than Spurs.
