Leeds have wished Adryan luck at his new club.
Over priced or simply unwanted, Leeds had decided against pursuing the permanent signature of Adryan for next season.
A day after his move was confirmed by the Nantes official website, Leeds United reached out to the 20-year-old via Twitter to wish him well and thank him for his contribution in 2014/15.
With largely unsuccessful spells in Europe at Leeds and Cagliari behind him, Adryan will be hoping it is third time lucky next season, as he bids to build on a big reputation, carved out from his performances with Brazil's youth teams.
He got a run in the Leeds side towards the end of 2014, but after the turn of the calendar year he found himself fortunate simply to make the substitute's bench.
With relations still clearly cordial between club and player, who knows if in the future there could be a reunion down the line - but both Leeds and Adryan will have to prove themselves capable of bigger and better things, of which each have the potential.
