The Turkish midfield star has already indicated he wants a dream move to the Premier League.

His agent Ahmet Bulut has already made it clear Turkish star Arda Turan wants to leave Atletico Madrid, with his sights firmly set on joining a leading club in the Premier League.

Now according to Catalan outlet Sport, the two of the top-four clubs he fancies joining, have already set plans in motion, which would see the midfielder realise his dream of playing in England.

The report from Sport had indicated La Liga giants Barcelona are primed to enter the race, but agent Bulut commented to the contrary, suggesting: "It's true the player wants to leave (Atletico), but it's not true that we've spoken with anyone at Barça. That's false."

Acknowledging that wealthy French outfit Paris Saint-Germain have already enquired, there was also the revelation that Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has invited Turan to London for talks, with the player very keen to do so.

However, they aren't the only Premier League side to make initial contact, with Sport believing that Manchester United have already made an approach to Atletico, offering an opening bid of €39 million.

Turan currently has a €41 million clause valuation on his contract with Diego Simeone's side, with the Argentine coach keen to convince one of his leading players to stay at the Vicente Calderon.

If the interest from Manchester United and Chelsea is genuine though, Simeone could find it difficult to prevent Turan from leaving this summer, in the face of the player getting the dream chance to test himself in England.

Over the coming days, enquiries from both Arsenal and Manchester City are also expected, affording Turan his pick of options, as the cream of the Premier League chase his signature.
