Manchester United enquiries for Ramos considered 'a joke response' to Real Madrid bid for De Gea

A possible switch of players between Manchester United and Real Madrid, continues to create heated debate in Spain.

The ever controversial, but highly popular Spanish football show, 'El Chiringuito de Jugones', has once more been debating the future of David De Gea at Manchester United, along with that of Sergio Ramos at Real Madrid.

Amidst the debate came the suggestion that Red Devils boss, Louis van Gaal, is the "great obstacle" blocking the 24-year-old from moving to Real Madrid, whilst believing the Dutch coach wants to utilise the goalkeeper as the counterweight, in a move that would secure him both Sergio Ramos and Keylor Navas in return.

The show also insisted that Real Madrid have made a formal offer for De Gea, but regard the request for Ramos and Navas in return as "a joke response" from Old Trafford. Indeed, one that has further delayed the Spain international heading to the Santiago Bernabeu.

As such, they have indicated that as a result of such tactics, "De Gea is now very worried" about the current situation, whilst Van Gaal already knows he wants to leave Manchester United for Real Madrid, but is doing everything he can to delay things for the young star.

If nothing else, lively debate as ever and a little insight as to how certain journalists in Spain regarding the current speculation and rumours, surrounding both De Gea and Ramos in particular.

Until one or the other player actually moves, then is presented at their new club proudly holding the shirt, the debate and speculation over both De Gea and Ramos, certainly isn't likely to end any time soon.
