Arsenal have reportedly fought off competition from Inter Milan to complete the signing of midfielder Vlad Dragomir.
A report from Romanian news source Prosport, claims Arsenal have long been admirers of Dragomir, having first scouted the player back when he was just 14.

The midfielder’s agent, Catalin Sarmasan revealed the Gunners’ long-held interest in the young star to Prosport:
"I proposed to Arsenal a year and a half ago, during which they monitored him closely," he said.
"In my opinion, Vlad is one of the most talented players in Europe at the moment."
As part of the deal, Arsenal will apparently pay his current club ACS Poli Timisoara £71,000 in compensation.
A youth international at both under-15 and under-16 level, Dragomir has also captained the latter of those two teams and could be one for the future at the Emirates.
Dragomir is the second eastern European midfield prospect to be recruited to the Gunners fold in the past year.
Arsenal previously signed Legia Warsaw midfielder Krystian Bielik in a similar deal, with the Polish youngster previously drawing comparisons with Patrick Vieira.
Bielik was signed in a deal worth £2 million to his previous Warsaw employers.
He made his first appearance for Arsenal in an under-18 clash against Norwich in March earlier this year.
