The Daily Mail are reporting that Marseille have outlined their demands for the sale of Dimitri Payet, following West Ham’s opening bid for the player.

The 28-year-old has already been the subject of an offer from the Hammers, but Marseille are unwilling to listen to any bids until they are structured in a specific manner.

Rather than a staggered deal, with add-ons relating to performances with the Hammers, Marseille want the entire transfer fee paid as one lump sum, as they need to secure their financial future.

As well as Payet, West Ham are also chasing a deal for Spanish prospect Alfonso Pedraza, according to HITC Sport.

The Villarreal youngster, 19, made his debut in La Liga towards the end of last season, and has been garnering interest from a host of Premier League clubs. Alongside the Hammers, Newcastle, Everton and Aston Villa all reportedly are tracking his availability.

Another striking target who is being linked with the Boleyn Ground is Mattia Destro of AS Roma, who spent part of last season on loan with Milan. London24 claim he is available for £10.6 million, and Crystal Palace are also said to want him.

The eight-capped Italian international has struggled to find form in recent months, after making a name for himself in the 2013/14 campaign, and looks set to leave Roma this summer.
