HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club that Millwall have tabled a third bid for Bradford City striker James Hanson.
Milwall boss Neil Harris has made Hanson one of his top targets this summer as he looks to build a side capable of challenging for promotion back to the Championship next season.
Hanson has been a long-term target for Millwall and they have already seen two offers for the big target man turned down this summer.
Millwall are refusing to give up in their pursuit of the 27-year-old, though, and have gone back in with a third bid as they look to prise Hanson away from Valley Parade.
Bradford are reluctant to lose Hanson as the forward has established himself as a key man for them since joining the club from non-league Guisley in 2009.
Millwall are now waiting to see if their third offer will be accepted as they look to be given the green light to try and bring Hanson to the Den.
