The 28-year-old Colombia international has been linked with a number of clubs in the English top flight.
Liverpool are also interested in the two-time Europa League winner, according to The Telegraph.
“Carlos Bacca at the end of the season told Sevilla he would like a way out,” Balague told Sky Sports. “Sevilla would like him to stay, but he does know there is interest from the Premier League and Italy.
“He likes the idea of coming to the Premier League, of course he has been abroad for a few years and would be happy to continue that progression abroad. Although Sevilla expect an offer, it hasn't arrived yet."
Bacca is a proven goalscorer and has been an important player for Sevilla for the past two seasons.
The former Club Brugge striker scored 20 goals and created 28 chances in 37 La Liga appearances in the recently concluded 2014-15 campaign, firing Sevilla to a fifth-placed finish.
The 28-year-old also played an important role in Sevilla’s Europa League triumph, scoring seven goals and creating 11 chances in 15 matches.
It is clear that Bacca has a number of options this summer, and clubs need to move quickly in order to sign him.
With Sevilla set to play in the Champions League next season, the striker is likely to move to a club which is also in the same competition.
