The England international has just completed a charity bike ride as he steps up his recovery from a knee problem.

West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster may be out of season, but he is still performing some incredible physical feats.
Today he sent out this Tweet to mark the fact he had made it to Paris after completing a ride from London - all 500km of it.
The ride, in aid of cancer research, must have been gruelling, even though Foster is a professional athlete. So he was clearly happy to celebrate reaching his goal after four days in the saddle.
Of course Baggies fans will be wondering one thing ... isn't he injured?
Foster missed the end of last season and has not played since picking up the injury in March. It was yet another knee injury for the plagued stopper and he underwent surgery on the problem.
He was originally ruled out of action for six months by the club, meaning he is scheduled to be back in action come September time.
Of course he must have got permission from the club to do the ride, which he trained for with British Olympic triathlete Jonny Brownlee, and the exercise of riding a bike is hardly high impact on the knee.
But while most footballers are away letting their hair down after the end of their seasons it is nice to see someone taking a different approach with their time off like Foster has this weekend.
Hopefully he will be back playing as soon as possible for West Brom.
