The 23-year-old midfielder has joined the Hammers from Italian outfit Sampdoria, as announced on the club’s official website earlier this month.
The former Spain Under-21 international has put pen to paper on a four-year deal and has become the London outfit’s second signing of the summer after goalkeeper Darren Randolph.
Obiang has posed in West Ham’s new kit and posted a photo of himself on Twitter.
