Tottenham Hotspur transfer round-up: Levy's plan to help Spurs keep Kane

A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Daily Express has reported that Tottenham have a plan to fend off Manchester United’s interest in signing Harry Kane.

The paper has suggested that United could be willing to offer around £40 million to try and make a deal happen.

However, Daniel Levy is thought to be readying another new contract for Kane, which would bump up his reported asking fee to somewhere in the region of £80 million.

The Daily Express has reported that Turkish club Glatasaray are interested in Tottenham striker Roberto Soldado.

They are thought to have already made a move to sign the Spanish striker, after another frustrating season at White Hart Lane.

Soldado has struggled to produce anything close to his best form since he moved to Tottenham.

The Daily Star has reported that Manchester United will test Tottenham with a £25 million offer for goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

The Frenchman is reportedly a target for the Old Trafford club, as they seek a potential replacement for David De Gea.

Lloris could leave Spurs this summer after airing an apparent desire to go and play in the Champions League.
